Commute to office Perungudi

Jus wanted to know how people travel from long distance to office with all this traffic and chaos.From madhavaram to Sholinganallur, Perungudi.. I wish metro comes sooner to some nearby areas. But cab, bus, bike anythg is not lesser than 2hrs atleast to reach office i guess. Would like to know more of your commute routines..
