Chennai Traffic - Positive Changes

We usually crib about things that are not right and miss acknowledging the positive developments. I have started seeing some positive changes in traffic regulations in Chennai and hope others can share their POV. 1. Allowing free U-turn in Anna Salai and other major roads - It helps in reducing congestion 2. The traffic signals are better coordinated. You clear one and you can drive past several other signals without having to wait. Earlier, we had to wait in every signal. Many thanks to the thoughtful official (whoever it is) who is making a positive difference to the Chennai Traffic.
