Best fabric stores in Chennai

I've given up on fast fashion and brands to come up with good designs, use long lasting fabric and match my budget. Given that Big Fashion is failing me on all fronts, I've just decided to get my clothes stitched - both ethnic and western wear I'm on a mission to compile the ultimate list of fabric shops and streets in Chennai, there's a couple of them that I've bought from already and I'm sure there's a lot waiting to be discovered! Here are the ones I usually come across when doing research, indicated the ones I've shopped from with a ✅ 1. Madarsha (Purusawalkam) ✅ 2. Kairasi (Pondy Bazaar) ✅ 3. T.Mangharam (Parry's Corner) 4. Pantheon Road (Egmore) ✅ 5. Kalanziam textiles I also need tailor recs, there's a few in my area but they seem pricey and I'm not 100% satisfied with the outcome always, add on to this list if you have any personal favourites or suggestions, stores and tailors alike, we could all benefit from having a tailor network in the comments 😂
