Hi everyone, I’m looking to buy a 2 or 3 BHK apartment in Chennai with a budget of under or around 1 Cr. My main concern is finding an affordable property from a trustworthy builder. I’m feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out which builders deliver quality construction and are reliable. I’d love to hear from people who’ve bought flats recently or have recommendations based on personal experiences. Which builders can I trust?
