Any newspaper design & layout experts?

Makkale!! I am working on creating a local neighbourhood newspaper. This is something that I am passionate about. I am not really talented in designing a newspaper. I was wondering if someone in this community has the experience and help me by providing any help/advice here? Newspaper yet to be registered. I am still evaluating and deciding, but I felt working on design with the content we have already. We focus on educational bytes of information. TLDR: Need help in designing a newspaper which is refreshing and looks new age.
