2 wheeler suggestion

Good evening everyone! I am looking to buy a two wheeler for my daily office (and other small) commutes ranging 10 - 15 km a day. The roads just like much of Chennai roads are bad due to metro construction (OMR). I have a budget of 2.5L (can extend by 10k). What would you suggest? 1. A good 125cc scooter. Suggest a good one if you think this is the right choice. 2. Classic / Bullet 350s or Honda 350s 3. Suzuki V Storm SX or Xpulse 200 / 210. I am 6ft and slightly obese with a history of herniated disc (not anymore) If I get a bike, I am planning to probably do some long trips (1 or 2 per year). But not sure on this aspect as I already have a car for that. But I have always wanted to do solo long rides. r/indianbikes la similar question keten.
