Survey Number Not Working in TN eServices Website

Hi Guys, I am not sure if this is the correct sub but I need some advice. I own this small piece of land in Thirumullaivoyal which I purchased around 20 years ago. I have the paper patta which has the old survey number and the subdivision number as well and now I want to obtain the digital patta as well. Now here is the problem, When I try to view the patta online through the TN eservices website it always says invalid suvery number when I key it in.. I have no idea why. I tried to even do a patta name transfer incase it has not been recorded online and even there it says invalid survey number...... I visited the VAO office and they hardly listened to me and just said to write some letter regarding the problem and they will look into it. Its been 4 months since and nothing has happened. I am trying to sell the land for financial problems but this has been a huge problem to me. Anyone who knows of a fix or has had this problem and fixed it pleeease let me know.. Thanks alot !!
