Specs suggestions ?!

With my friends’ help, I had bought my previous specs from Lenskart three years ago. Now I’m checking Lenskart again, and I want to know how their quality is these days. If there’s a problem with the specs, how’s the service? Are the eye checkups they provide reliable, or should I consult a doctor separately? Have you guys faced any issues with Lenskart?
