RWD builder feedback.

We are planning to buy a house in Chennai to settledown. The reason we narrow down RWD is due to floor plan and location. Most house plan now a days are not square and waste usable area in passage to rooms. But RWD has better floor plan compared to other builders near by. Current on going project is near to my place in retteri. Anyone own house from RWD project , please feedback about builder and construction quality.
