Regarding City future

How do you think the future of our city looks like? The metro train phase 2 will be completed by year 2026 and the elevated corridor in Madhuravoyal will also be finished and it will be a double Deck bridge and with Parandur airport sanctioned and with further metro extension planned do you see our city regaining it's MOJO and surpassing Bengaluru once again? I personally feel our Corporation can build river fronts in cooum Adyar and Buckingham Canal and focus on restoring the Velachery Marshlands and clean up the slums. Recently I saw the coastal road project which was completed in Mumbai which essentially made travelling within the city easier and Mumbai is planning to Cleanup the Dharavi slum and turn it into an economic zone by unleashing the economy in slums and making sure the slum dwellers can get more organized and maximize their profit. Do you think our city has a plan like that? Apart from Parandur Airport apart from film city and apart from allowing night time mobility across our city and accelerating metro construction and expanding roads will you be seeing Chennai Slum free and having river fronts in cooum and Adyar and Buckingham Canal similar to Sabarmati river front in Ahmedabad? Also if we build river fronts across these rivers we can cut down the river pollution to certain extent and encourage boating within the city similar to London. What do you think guys? Do you see slums cleared and River fronts opened?
