Potential doubt of scam
Today I asked my relationship manager to share the receipt of my bank statement. It has all confidential details. He has mistakenly shared to a wrong email address and when later asked he corrected and sent it to my registered email address. When I questioned him, he said that his bank doesn't allow to send customer details to unregistered email address. He claims that my details are not shared to any third party. I'm so so afraid of this. The statement has all my details. Now what shall I do? I don't have the option to close my account immediately. I'm haunted literally. I can't accept the reason which he gives. My question, is there any system that automatically blocks such unregistered emails? Especially in banks? Please do share your suggestions 🙏11
