Looking for tailors or fashion designers for helping with Cosplay outfits

As the Comicon is nearing, I've been reaching out to tailors nearby for help regarding my outfit but it's simply not working, especially since I'm a male. The dress I'm looking for is fairly simple and it's a gender neutral outfit tbh. If anyone has any leads or can help me out with figuring this out it'd be great. The prices online are insane and I guess stitching it would be much much efficient so would be glad with leads.
