I'm looking for a crew for my short film...

I don't know if can ask this here but here I'm... I been having this story idea for like 5 months now (didn't finish the script yet). but I have huge hope in this idea... But I don't know where I find people for my short film. I don't have much of a friends and I'm too socially anxious about it... so if anyone in my stage (looking to work on short film) and upto teaming up and working together dm me lets discuss ... and btw if you know anyway to find crew pls advice me.
