I'm in my cousin's place i usually prefer sleeping alone so I'm in a room alone and now I'm very anxious and idk i feel like I'll die if i sleep. I'm goin through some shit lately and this new place is fucking me up and i can't even breathe properly. what do to? i don't wanna disturb them
