Career sugeestions

Folks and Devs here im looking suggestions regarding my technology which im in. Im a fresher i landed in mnc its been 4 months currently undergoing training i have learnt java-core,servlets,Orm,java 8 features,collections and spring framework,Rest api, learning springboot. Now suddenly I was forced to learn Aem Dev, im yet to learn many stuff in springboot i thought of learning some design patterns load balancing etc. But i have no choice I have to learn Aem(Adobe Experience Manager)[cms tool] What do you guys think starting my career as Aem will make stuck from the further growth and learnings will it affect my carrer. Where ever i go meetups people speak only about javascript and it framework im FOMO i dont know javascript and its ecosystem. Any suggestions.. Edit [ im not pro coder i learnt the above mentioned over last 6 months im still learning the basic stuffs]
