Builder suggestions to buy property in Chennai

So it's been 6 months of banging our heads against the walls, trying to find a good builder to buy a property in Chennai. While some look good on page, there are negative reviews around it, or the supposed good ones get sold out fast. So I've finally turned to reddit. If you are staying or renting in such places, would you recommend it? Which builders are most reliable, in terms of construction quality & legality?
