Anyone successfully ran a home food business?

Hey, My mum is finally starting out small scale with the end goal being a cloud kitchen for her malabar biriyani. Has anyone successfully done this? If so, how did you go about getting your first customers? Swiggy and Zomato don't allow home businesses
