5 months, 4 potholes, 35k+ in expenses, 5 work days lost!

I have been driving car for last 8 years. It's not that I don't know to drive or have tunnel vision or God's punishing me for all the bugs I killed, but seriously, the pathetic state of the road we have is really spoiling my mood first thing I am out of the house! These don't look like potholes, they are barrel-holes. Mine is a 18L Sedan with decent ground clearance with just 20km in odometer but I have already re-painted the undercarriage, replaced the bumper and suspension supporting parts more than once. Even the 12 wheeler truck guys are struggling to navigate. With all the traffic I couldn't even maintain a minimum speed to maintain 3 point contact to reduce the drop through suspension. Its bumper to bumper traffic and my routine has become Neutral to 1st gear to Pothole to Thud sound to Screeching sound and loop again. I should probably buy a share auto or rent a lorry to travel to office. All of these near IT areas, South Chennai, just within 7 km between my house and workplace. Where the hell are the lakhs of tax money I am paying going towards?!
