112 did not pick up
Today I saw a homeless man lying on the road with two legs bent and on the sidewalk with his body on the road. He was barely breathing and there were two broken bricks next to his head. The people on the road were just walking around him. I called 112 twice but nobody picked up. Then I called a private ambulance service and they went to the location and said there was nothing they could do for him. I am very concerned that 112 did not pick up my phone call. What are these people even doing at the emergency switch board? This is an essential service and they didn’t even answer the call. So disappointed by Chennai services.1
