100 - Police and Fire services - Response time and grievance redressal

How do you assess the Response time and grievance redressal in your case? So far made two calls. 1. No parking issue 2. Bike racing For the first one - effective response and issue redressed fast by nearby jurisdictional Traffic police. Second one - follow up was there,lethargic response. Issue not addressed. In the second case, we should call it a 'Namesake policing '.
