Need advice on Delhi airport to Chandigarh

I will be landing in Delhi airport on Saturday from an international flight. The flight lands at 4:50am, will I be able to take the metro to NDLS and be able to get on Shatabdi that leaves at 7:40am? Approximately, How long is it taking for immigration checks considering its early morning on a Saturday. Thank you.
