Where can i spend 6 - 7 hours in Chandigarh early morning near ISBT Sector 43

I usually travel back to my college via Chandigarh, The bus I take drops me in ISBT Chandigarh around 3am and the next bus I want to take is at 12:30. I thought maybe I can leave my stuff in the Cloak room and spend my time in some nice place, but last time whole Chandigarh was closed, few shops opened till 11 am (*few*). Also the riksha and taxi people charge too much this early. Can you please suggest me something here.
