Worst Bowling Alley (The Game Palacio)

Yesterday i went to The Game Palacio in Elante Mall and it was not a good experience. The shoes were torn both from inside and outside. The pins were never 10 in a turn, what i mean is when the machine picks up the pins and set them up for the next bowler, one or two pins were not picked up by the machine. The problen kept repeating even when we changed the lanes. Sometimes the pin setting machine just stopped. Employees excuse was that lane number 1 is working perfectly for some time now, but the other lanes usually gives this kind of trouble. After 30 mins or so we had to call the manager and get a refund. Manager was a kind person and understood the problem.
