Web Dev vs. ERP Dev – Need Career Advice

Yo folks, Final year, tier-3 clg, got 2 internship offers and kinda stuck on what to pick. Need some solid advice: 1. Web Dev (Mohali, well-established company ) 10K stipend (6 months) → 15K–20K post-intern Stable, structured work env 2. ERP Dev (Noida, startup 8 months old) 15K stipend (6 months) → 3.60 LPA post-intern Fast-paced, startup vibes, maybe higher risk/reward Idk which one has better long-term growth, job security, and learning curve. Web dev seems safer, ERP dev pays better. Anyone been in a similar boat? What’d you pick?
