Subway wrong claim

So i ordered signature paneer tikka wrap from subway , subway 38 sector outlet ! (Swiggy) I received order nd started eating after eating 1 bite , the taste of paaner seemed little different I thought it is toffu ! But then i saw the box in which the wrap was packed , it was red dotted box ! After that i just stopped eating nd was little hit anxious! Bcz i hv never eaten chicken , i m pure vegetarian ,it is a very wrong thing for me to eat non veg ! So i called subway outlet nd asked them abt this ! They totally made a wrong claim by saying that we were out of veg boxes therefore we packed it in red box ! There were little bit afraid so they sent me refund of that google pay thorough their own upi ! So now i wanna file a complaint nd ask for compensation from them ! Can anyone tell me the procedure (Edit : i m not relating it to religious matter 😭)
