SHOULD I JOIN ERNST & YOUNG?

Hey folks, I just need some help! I got a job opportunity at EY gurgaon as a project analyst. The only problem is I'm earning 5 LPA here in chandigarh and they are only offering 4.2 LPA. Being a localite I have every luxury here which a person could think off. But I wanna move out of of home because I'm a pampered child and I don't think so that if I stay in chandigarh I would ever grow in my life. Should I move out to gurgaon with less salary Or should I stay here? I'm fuckin confuses!!!
