Shops for kids toys

I need to buy something for 3 yr old. Not necessarily play toy only but also something if he can use to learn (but not books). Can you recommend shop with good variety of kids toys / stuff? I know of only hamleys and one in sector 17. Budget under 2k. Max 3k.
