Salaries of Teachers in School

Anyone knows what is the current ongoing salaries of teachers (Chemistry Biology) in schools (8th - 12th) here in Chandigarh? My wife had stopped teaching after marriage to take care of kids and now wants to know the current scenario of the teaching landscape. Any advice or ideas about how she can proceed ?
