RTO Agent Reference

Hi. I just purchased a used car with Chandigarh registration. I would like to transfer it to my name. I don’t have a permanent address proof in Chandigarh yet. Looking for a reliable RTO agent who can help me get this process done with all the necessary NOC and obtaining an updated RC in my name. Any tried and tested reference would be of great help.
