Recommendation for a good clinical psychologist

Who is good at diagnosing adult ADHD? My counselling psychologist thinks my sleep issue might be because of it, and it’s also why I think none of the anxiety, depression, sleep, bipolar medications have worked for me till now. I was thinking of going to a psychiatrist directly as well, but they would also refer to a clinical psychologist first for the diagnose I think, in my understanding. Correct me if I am wrong.
