Property related question

Hi lovely people, I am currently living in Mohali near phase 4 and our current house is too small for our family. We’re looking to relocate to a bigger house and saw some independent villas in sector 123-124, Kharar with a budget of 70-75 Lakhs. Our main dealing is in phase 4-5-8 of Mohali and we were wondering if moving to Kharar would be a good choice? How’s the traffic scenario and if you all can suggest some independent houses in the main area of Mohali like phase 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 etc. then it would be very helpful.
