Need Some Advice!!!

I’m not sure if this is funny or not, but I need some advice. This is my first time living in a high-rise apartment, and I’m still adjusting to the experience. One thing I’ve noticed is that there’s not much privacy in these buildings. You can’t play music too loud, and you can hear a lot from other apartments. The main issue I’m facing right now is that a couple living on one of the upper floors frequently argues late at night, sometimes until midnight. It’s been happening every few nights, and it’s really disturbing my sleep. I’m not sure how to address this with them, but I’d like to politely ask them to keep the noise down late at night, as it’s affecting my rest. I’m just unsure how to bring it up without making things awkward. Any suggestions on how to handle this?
