Need help regarding adding new class in driving license

Currently I have two wheeler license and want to add four wheeler in this, i made learner license for four wheeler from parivahan and booked driving test but i am not sure about the next process. There is option to apply driving license in parivahan but it is disabled for chandigarh. Can anyone please share the process and what are next steps I need to follow?
