Need a 2bhk for rent

It would be a great help if anyone can help me out in getting a 2bhk around Mohali area, airport road or like phase 8 or something. I recently joined TP at phase 8 (there's another girl with me working at TP) and I have to shift out of my current apartment (darpan greens, kharar) by 17th Feb. Everywhere I am seeing online (olx, housing.com), they are asking brokerage and I am really not in the position for giving brokerage with security+ rent as well🥹 Budget- Max- 17k Please help this girl out 🙏
