Neck and spine doctor in Chandigarh??

Hello everyone, I hope you're healthy and in good spirits. I had a whiplash injury a year back, and it hurts everyday (mostly the base of neck and trapezius/surrounding muscles are stiff. It's fine most of the time with slight discomfort but sometimes it becomes too much to bear). Had it checked by gov. Doctors but no luck in curing it (x-ray is OK, MRI says a slight disc buldge. This was done in April 2024, then a consultation back in December 2024, but given the pain I'm in sometimes, I feel there's more to it). I know it's late but I want to have a second opinion and scans prolly by a pvt. Doctor this time and cure it for good. While at it, please recommend some good physiotherapist (no chiropractor) in the city as well 😅 I would appreciate some recommendations. Thanks in advance 😁
