Meetups or group activities to make friends??

Is there any group activities or meet ups in chandigarh or panchkula ? Or something like that, maybe groups to make friends ? I've been staying at my home since 2019.. don't have friends and 0 social skills. I'm tired of my current lifestyle and wanna change it.. Maybe some girls group?
