Jio air fiber vs Airtel fiber

Yrr, my friend lives in Eco City 1, New Chandigarh. She has been facing problem with mobile networks so is planning to install wifi facility at her apartment. But jio wale don't provide optical fibres only air ones. Is air fiber as good, better or worse than Airtel optical fibres??
