Is GCCBA a good clg for outsiders?

I'm currently in Maharashtra and looking for colleges for Bcom and found this clg. I can't seem to find much about the course details or fee structure so I had few questions Does this college have an entrance exam or is it based off of 12th grade marks? How is the fee structure for Bcom? Are the teachers lenient or strict when it comes to attendance? Also if someone had the subjects provided for bcom that would be very helpful For me to come from so far, is this clg worth it?
