how’s The Regent sector 35??

Me and my partner are thinking of staying in chandigarh for a few days. Found this hotel in our budget and booked it for 6k but read a few bad reviews about them charging more at the front desk if booked from goibibo or makemytrip. We have two hours to make the decision to cancel it and get full refund. Is it any good?
