Delhi v. Chandigarh

Hi guys. Im planning on shifting to Chandigarh within the next year or so. Wanted some clarity on how the place is different from Delhi (where i currently am from). Whats better or worse in terms of pollution, population, traffic, expenses, entertainment, etc. Im from the law fraternity so any light on that would be great too. Looking for an objective analysis.
