Confused regarding plot

I have a plot of land in aerocity, and currently living in Phase 7 from past 16 years. Man, I love the vibe of this area. The vibrant market, it's close to many main areas and what not. Even my friends specially visit Phase 7 from their villages just to be here. I'm confused regarding whether to sell my plot and buy a 100 gaj home with that money in Phase 7 or should I build a house in Aerocity and shift there? I'm having a FOMO and I think that the area around aerocity is developing very quickly, and I might make a mistake by selling it. Pls advise. I live with my only parent. Thanks.
