18f wants to start playing sports. I can't be crazy

Hey guys, I’m 18 and have never played a sport in my life—like, not even casually. I’m really interested in volleyball, swimming, or skating, so I gave it a search and I found these sports complex in Chandigarh that offers training. The fees seems reasonable, so that’s not a problem. My concern? I can’t find any eligibility criteria online. Since I’m already 18 with zero experience, I don’t know if they’ll even take me. Do sports complexes generally accept total beginners at my age, or is it usually for younger kids and people with experience? If anyone has experience with starting a sport late or knows how sports complexes work in Chandigarh, I’d really appreciate some insight!
