Where are High Value Homes in Chandigarh Tricity?

My cousins are moving to India. We were exploring Chandigarh v/s Ahmedabad for lifestyle homes. The expectation is something similar to arvindsmartspaces . Apparently they have projects in Ahmedabad, Pune and Bangalore only :( Where do we find similar projects in Chandigarh or Panchkula? Can someone please suggest builders or projects in Tricity that are on similar lines with Arvind Smartspaces? With surrounding areas need to be NRI friendly / having suitable infrastructure & greenery. Preferably gated community with lifestyle amenities. Thank you for suggestions.
