Suggestions for Sector 34

I visit Sector 34 for work in early morning. Want to know any good breakfast places for daily purpose. And a good tiffin service as well or lunch options. PS. I am not asking about restaurants as one can’t eat from restaurants 7days a week. I need suggestions from where I can eat daily Breakfast and lunch especially.
