So addicted to phone I am just tired

I don't work and im all the time free ,, I would be using my phone all night ,, I would talk to all the strangers online and I would not know how to deal with things anymore , , I get interested in the opposite gender ,, I would be doing some nsfw stuff,, I would be just talking random shit ,,people have fatshamed me , slut shamed me even some cringe people have even age shamed me , I'm only 30 , I don't understand what to do , recently I created all kinda social media,, people online at times are so rude and it hurts and most of the time I would just avoid it but alot of times it just doesn't help ,, how to deal with all this ,, I am just so lonely and no human is able to fulfil that emptiness I feel
