Looking for good Laptop shops for upgrade and genuine parts.

Hey, I have a gaming laptop (predator 12th gen) that I would like to get cleaned and cooling paste changed. Can anyone recommend me a good shop please. I don't know if I should go to authorised service center as Google has pretty bad reviews (laptop is out of warranty anyway). Note: Please recommend any specific shop if possible.
