Is there any chaces of me getting dav or mcm dav for bca ?

I got 85% in 12th (pcb) , not from chandigarh but my father was in army so I will be counted in ut pool. Is there any possibility of me getting dav or mcm dav for bca. If not are there any good colleges for bca in chandigarh?
