Buying an RO for My Home – Decided on Urban Company, Thoughts? Hey Redditors, After a lot of research (and maybe falling for some great marketing), I’ve decided to go with Urban Company’s RO purifier for my home. One of the biggest factors influencing my choice was the 2 years of hassle-free service they’re offering. If anything goes wrong, I want it to be their problem, not mine! I know there are other brands out there, but the promise of convenient servicing sealed the deal for me. Before I make the final purchase, I wanted to ask: 1. Has anyone here used Urban Company’s RO purifiers? 2. How has your experience been with their service and product quality? 3. Any red flags or issues I should be aware of?
