Hi! Can someone please tell me what are the things that will be required to open up food stall (permission, etc) ?

1) registrating in fssai , after that 2)For opening the food stall in specific area where do I need to ask for permission from? From whom? And do we need to give "hafta" to police ..etc , idk I'm new to it . Can someone please explain if they know anything about it. 🥺🙏🏻 . Please serious advice only.
