Help regarding last post!!

I posted to know the whereabouts of GMCH. Now that I have booked an appointment with a psychatarist, I am not sure about the role of doc. Can someone pls explain what can he possibly do to balance my mental health? I've repressed alot of things inside and I believe it's taking a toll on me now!
